In the dynamic realm of strategic communications for over two decades, I’ve emerged as a ‘disruption optimist,’ recognising the pivotal role of controlling change. Founder of the non-profit Your Public Value e.V., I have collaborated with Secretary Generals, Ministers, CEOs, and Board Members on large-scale projects, emphasising business integrity and sustainability.
My journey traverses global organizations like Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, and Transparency International. This extensive experience has honed my expertise in strategic communications, influence, and consensus-building, especially in sensitive and hostile environments.
From Investigative Journalism to Leadership Empowerment
Embarking on my career over thirty years ago as Moscow bureau chief for a French radio station and magazine, I delved into investigative journalism during post-Soviet Russia’s transformative era. The exploration led to three published books, including one of the earliest on the Soviet mafia. My academic pursuits took me to prestigious institutions like Harvard and Princeton, focusing on the Russian elite and patronage.
Returning to journalism, I presented a radio program illuminating the invisible facets of post-Soviet Russia. Despite the diverse paths, a common thread emerged — a human-centric approach, focus on perceptions, and managing complexity, even in hostile environments.
Authenticity and Influence Amidst Complexity
Beyond the corridors of politics and resistance to innovation, I’ve cultivated authenticity and positivity in complex environments. My interest lies in understanding the root causes of overwhelm, uncertainty, and lack of purpose. As a global citizen proficient in English, French, and Russian, I engage with people across borders and am always accessible online.
My unique blend of deep empathy, genuine interest, and wise energy empowers clients by asking unexpected questions, unlocking new perspectives, and revealing untapped talents. I believe the greatest treasures lie within us, often overlooked. I offer a secure space for clients to unearth their potential, enhance influence, and gain visibility for greater impact.

Lusine is a highly accomplished coach specialising in optimising team performance, particularly within engineering and software development contexts. With over 15 years of experience, she collaborates closely with stakeholders to address common challenges faced by teams in large or mid-size organisations.
Lusine excels in helping teams overcome communication barriers, improve coordination and collaboration, allocate resources effectively, navigate change management initiatives, align with business objectives, bridge cultural differences, and streamline decision-making processes. Her expertise spans various business domains, including data centre infrastructure building, business consulting, e-commerce platform development, and AI SaaS development, with engagements at global organisations like Verizon, McKinsey & Company, CEMEX, and Rossum.ai.
